The biggest engine manufacturer was founded in Beijing, the capital of China.
On 26 March, Beijing Foton Cummins Engine Co., Ltd, a subsidiary joint venture enterprise of Beiqi Foton Motor Company was founded in Beijing. And the inauguration ceremony was grandly held at the headquarters of Beiqi Foton company. It is said that the capacity of the company will reach 400,000 units per year, which is the biggest engine manufacture in our country.
The main products of the company are a new generation 2.8L and 3.8L light engines with characters of high starting points, high performance and low emission and etc, which are fit for light truck, SUV, MPV, small engineering machinery, power system and etc.
According to the plan of Beiqi Foton, the company will set up the biggest engine production base of the world in Beijing with capacity of one million units per year.
