News from related statistics said that the selling volume of auto in March reached 700,500 units, up 23.6 percent year-on-year. Compared with last month, the selling volume is up 43.3 percent. The statistics also reported the selling of the first quarter in this year up 20.4 percent to 1.85 million units.
The production and sales both surged more than 20 percent to a record 8.8 million units in 2007.
