Yutong and Aluminum Company of America co-released a new developed body technology of 'complete aluminium bus' presently at the 9th China Expo became focus of media and spectators. And recently, the first aluminum public transport- ZK6126HGE finished installation of framework in workshop of Yutong.

'Complete aluminum bus' is an innovative plan put forward by ALCOA according to demand of bus light weighting, and core of the technology is adopting of complete aluminum framework design and hard alloy technology, which can lose weight over 15% of bus itself, but does not reduce body intension and safety performance.

It is reported that complete vehicle of ZK6126HGE lightened over 25%. According to some data, while self-weight of auto reduce 10%, oil consumption will save 6% to 8%, ZK6126HGE is worthy of the name of 'energy saving and environmental protection public transport'.

Sample of ZK6126HGE, complete aluminum bus will be off line at the end of June, and in July will be test.
