On 28 July, Nanjing office of Kinglong's new factory was starting operation.

It is known that the new factory occupies 67 thousand sq meters, loacted in Jiangning District of Nanjing, owning chassis, welding, finishing, assembly, and trial shops, and complete vehicle rain test groud, and absolute digital complete vehicle automativ test line, which has capacity of 2500 units per year, with expected sales revenue 0.5 billion Yuan.

Many leaders from Kinglong and media representatives participated in the opening ceremony.

Nanjing Kinglong Coach Manufacturing Company was built in 2005, invested by Xiamen Kinglong and Nanjing Dongyu Auto Group, with shares of 60% and 40% respectively.
