The 1st Session Natural Gas Products Exhibition & Forum 2008 was held in Manila, the capital of Philippine. A number of the Chinese and foreign manufacturers related to natural gas products participated in this forum. Higer Bus, as a particularly invited bus manufacturer, sent sales staff and engineers to attend all the forum activities and set up a special stand there.

The purpose of this forum is to speedy the application of natural gas vehicle in Philippine and South-east Asia.

Philippine Energy Ministry and Transport Ministry explained its energy policy and transport policy in the forum, while Transport Ministry of Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia and official representatives from different transport companies shared their experiences and expatiated on the successful cases in their local market.

In this forum, Higer Bus well realized the current situation of CNG vehicle and the future trends in Philippine and South-east Asia market, which makes the product design and development more market-oriented. In the meantime, attendees from South-east Asian countries and other areas consulted relevant information about Higer Bus and requested product catalogues one after another. Before the end of the meeting, a local transport company signed a purchase contract of 10 units with Higer on the spot.
