On September 16th, 2008, Allison(China), the world's largest and leading transmission producer has sign a cooperative agreement with Huanghai Bus, a subsidiary of Shuguang Automotive Corp. Ltd., in which two companies are set to build a strategic partnership.

Allison and Huanghai Bus's cooperation began at early 1995. At present Allion transmission has been perfectly installed at 11-meter to 18-meter Huanghai buses and been praised by many customers. Signing strategic partnership agreement will further strengthen two companies' cooperation in the future. Both two party and are expected to explore tourism and long-distance bus market.
