Emission control regulations
are carried out with fuel criterion

******China will push
off new fuel quantity criterion that is convenient
for executing the Europe I standard and Europe II
standard. This new standard of fuel will be carried
out in two phases. Although the National Environmental
Administration will carry out the third phase effluent
standard and international effluent standard since
2008 or 2009. Due to the detail of these effluent
standards haven't publicized, the fuel standards
are not constituted and actualized. We have learnt
that National Environmental Administration is constituting
the effluent standard of the third phase and the
forth phase, and will publicized in recently. We
hope the new effluent standard and time table will
be publicized before year 2004, then related administration
can push off related fuel quality standard in late
of 2003 and beginning of 2004. |
