It is reported, HongKong KangLi group limited company has signed beginning intent of cooperation with JiNan Bus Company. Though JiNan said this cooperation mostly involved in the problem of transfer of buses line, some authorities disclosed that this cooperation might relate with the JiNan buses company whole reformation.

It is known, Jinan Bus company was to transfer 23 bars lines and over 500 luxury buses with air-condition and some construction and assistance establishment belong to bus lines, the amount of capital evaluation arrives 1.5 hundred million RMB, the proportion of attorn is 60%. It is reported that HongKong KangLi Group began to mainly invest and manage to the program of transportation in city from the end of 1997, now it has set up four joint venture companies in DaLian¡¢ShenYang¡¢ZhengZhou and else places , dived into over 2 hundred million RMB, owned 35 buses lines and 1100 buses.
