Days ago, Lhasa Public Transport Service offered the
service information hotline, providing the advisory service to passenger
and accepting the passenger's complaining. The number of hotline
is 6334243.
This hotline is mainly used for accepting passengers complaining,
replying handling suggestion complained, vehicle trends, route,
and station consulting, introducing in the scenery where the transit
bus passes on the way and other services related to public transit
to passenger, according to the Mr. Chen Wei of Public Transit Service.
It is reported that the hotline this time opened was specially used
for accepting passengers complaining in the past. As the public
transport service strengthens inside management constantly, the
passenger's complaining has reduced, in order to fully give play
to the role of this hot line even more, the public transport service
determines to expand the function of this telephone, increase information
service content, and serve the numerous passengers better.
