Beiqi Foton incorporated Yaxing-Benz Automobile Co. Ltd, (for short as Yaxing-Benz thereinafter) with the cost of 2 hundred million Yuan recently. This action indicated that the China stratagem of Daimler Chrysler company (for short as D-C thereinafter) is started formally.

After Beiqi Foton purchased China part stock right of Yaxing-Benz, the Yaxing-Benz will become the bus manufacturing base of Beiqi Foton, and its main product is still Benz brand buses. At the same time, Foton will transfer its existing bus manufacture to here. The name of the new factory and the structure of new company have not been determined yet.
