A survey by the National Development and Reform Commission of 36 medium and large cities across China shows that domestic auto prices in July were down 1.93 % year on year, down 0.33 % from the beginning of this year, but up 0.18 % in June.

Buses and trucks both saw prices rise slightly in July on a month-on-month basis, but down on a year-on-year basis. Bus prices rose 0.32 % from June and dropped 0.06 % from the same period last year. Truck prices gained 0.25 % from June and slipped 1.77 % from the same period last year.
