On
August 19, China National Bureau of Statistics firstly published the "Top
500 Manufacturers of 2006" in Beijing, Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd was
ranked as No. 206, which is being the unique candidate from bus industry. It
is reported that the top 500 manufacturers in China were ranked in terms of its
annals in 2005, and in accordance with its status of prime operating revenue.
The National Bureau of Statistics as the most authoritative institutions, its
relevant information on top 500 manufacturers and the prime operating revenues
is not only a criterion scale of microeconomic operating state, but also as the
available testing tool of macroeconomic operating quality. The
Threshold for Top 500 has risen to 3.73 billion Yuan RMB. Compared with multinational
corporations, experts from National Development and Reform Commission indicated
that Top 500 still had a big gap to chase. There are two attentions must be emphasise,
firstly is the way of how to enhance independent innovation; and the secondly
is in order to enhance core competitiveness, must be stand the main business out.
Thus the significant strategy for China manufacturers is to perfect their science
innovation systems, optimize enterprise management, energetically culture industry
groups, and popularize brand effects. For the time being, the most significant
practice is to convert manufacture to creation. It
is also reported that recently Yutong was honored as one of the First 103 Innovative
Experimental Companies, "Companies Of National Automotive CUB Exporting Foundation",
and "Company of Exemption of I/E Commodities From Inspection" etc. Yutong
shall be continually followed by China's bus industry.
