The
10th World Exhibition of Transports, most influential exhibition in Cuba, held
in Havana Exhibition Center, from Sept. 27th to 30th. Yutong, leading China bus
enterprises, presented at this gala. World
Exhibition of Transports, Cuba is understood as one of the largest exhibitions
of transports in Latin America, and has been successfully held for 9 sessions
before. Exhibition in this year is much larger than ever before. More and more
Chinese enterprises, since two years ago, have attended the exhibition and the
number is still increasing. Participators include complete-vehicle enterprises,
and suppliers of parts and components, who come from over 30 countries and districts
including those in Latin America. The exhibition covers nearly all the products
in the transport field from commercial vehicles, industrial vehicles, household
vehicles, and tourism vehicles to spare parts.
The focus is that Yutong
took 20 fine models to attend the exhibition, employing an entire hall for the
first time. It is the second time Yutong has attended exhibition of this kind.
Last time, Yutong won two awards, "Best Large-Bus Manufacturer" and
"Best Product Quality". World Exhibition of Transports, Cuba enjoys
most impact in Caribbean, so attending such an exhibition will promote market
development of Yutong. America is one of the five major overseas markets of Yutong.
More than 1,400 buses, up to July this year, have been exported to a dozen American
countries. An America Office has thus been set up. Additionally, spare parts warehouse
and maintenance center have been erected in Cuba.
