Gear Transmission Co., Ltd (QGT) is a manufacturing base for heavy-duty automotive
transmissions and exporting base for gears in China. Its original is Qijiang Gear
Works, which was a brand name enterprise in gear industry in China and was established
in 1928. In December 2002, it became a limited company after reforming, in June
2005, its shareholder construction are changed again, Shanghai Electric Group
Co. becomes QGT's new strategic major shareholder. The
leading products are as follows: ZFS6-90, 5S-111GP heavy-duty truck transmission
series by introducing exclusive know-how from ZF company, Germany, domestic leading
heavy-duty truck transmission S(QJ) series, PTOs, transfer cases, and helical
bevel gears developed by QGT itself. So far QGT has formed capacity of annual
output of 60,000-unit heavy-duty automotive transmissions, 150,000-set helical
bevel gears of different types, 20,000-ton forgings. The products are applicable
to heavy & medium-duty luxurious buses with length of 7-12 meters, trucks
with total weight of 10-50 tons, and various types of special vehicles. QGT's
market covers all the domestic luxurious bus manufacturers, main heavy-duty truck
manufacturers, and its products have been exported to USA, Canada, Spain, Southeast
countries and regions. QGT's
products are well known both at home and aboard for its high precision, low noise,
long durability and good reliability, "QJ" brand has long history and
QJ-ZF transmissions are deeply trusted by a mass of customers. ZFS6£90
transmission are awarded "brand name product of gear industry", "brand
name product in Chongqing", S5--80 (QJ805) are entitled "national-class
new product" 4S--130GP wins the "top prize of excellent new products
in gear industry".
