Aug. 2006, Midea Group Changsha Industrial Park was finished and the bus and coach
production base was moved to the park. In
Mar. 1, 2006, Midea Group signed the purchasing agreement with Traffic Bureau
of Hunan Province, and changed the name of purchased company to Hunan Midea Coach
Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. In
Oct. 1, 2006, Yunnan Midea Coach Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Hunan Midea Coach
manufacturing Co.,Ltd. are merged into Midea Coach Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. In
Jun. 9,2005, Midea Group Kunming Industrial Park was finished and then the bus
and coach production was moved to the park in Sept. 8. In
Mar. 25, 2004, Midea Group purchased Yunnan Aviation China Auto Limited Corporation
and changed its name to Yunnan Midea Tourist Vechile Co.,Ltd. In Sept. 30, Midea
Group purchased Yunan Bus and Coach Factory and changed its name to Yunnan Midea
Coach Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In
Oct. 16, 2003, Midea Group signed an agreement for purchasing Hunnan Sanxiang
Bus and Coach Group with Hunan Goverment and Traffic Bureau of Hunan In Aug. 26,2003,
Midea Group signed an agreement with Yunnan Goverment for reorganizing the bus
industry of Yunnan Province. In Sept. 28, Yunnan Midea Automobile Holding Co.,
Ltd. was registered.
