On
the 13th of March, Busworld Asia 2007 opened
at Shanghai New International Expo Center. On
the grand exhibit stand as 1200m2, Higer proudly
presented a new generation of luxury buses and
coaches.
The
KLQ6127Q is undoubtedly a work of art and a
major attraction at the exhibition. Co-designed
by HIGER and a renowned Italian design company,
KLQ6127Q caught the eyes of almost every visitor
with its stunning appearance, which anesthetically
combines European elegance with the element
of classic Chinese opera mask. It is built on
Scania high-end coach chassis K-EB, effectively
integrating engine, transmission, axles, air
suspension, steering and braking systems to
ensure exceptional drivability and legendary
reliability. Driver station is ergonomically
designed to ensure a most smooth driving experience.
The luxurious interior design, such as double
electric sun visor, high back seats, gentle
lighting all contribute to enhancing passenger
comfort and make the journey as pleasurable
as possible.
HIGER
also launched a new model of low-floor, three-door
city bus, KLQ6121GQ, which has been specially
developed to meet the needs of overseas customer.
Longitudinally side- mounted engine effectively
maximized the interior space. Portal driven
axle makes low floor possible throughout the
length of the bus, thus allows for smooth passenger
entry and exit ensuring rapid passenger throughflow.
Incorporating the kneeling function in the CAN-bus
system has also further enhanced the safety
and reliability. The flexible floor layout makes
it possible to accommodate many forward-facing
seats while including seating for the elderly
and infirm. There is also a special area dedicated
to wheelchair and pushchair. A lot of active
safety effort has been put into the design of
driver station to further boost driver appeal.
KLQ6128Q
also has attracted many customers by its luxury
interior.The new quantity order coming from
Qatar,representing their recognition of HIGER's
perfect quality and after sales service.
At the exhibition,HIGER also showed its three
other models representing different length range,
namely, 12meters, 10meters and 8meters. These
models have been introduced in the market for
some time and proved to be continual success.
