After
Zonda bus finishing its first phase construction
of the new plant and putting into operation,
the existing production capacity cannot be satisfied
with the demand of current orders. Therefore,
according to the decision made by the group
committee, the second phase construction of
Zonda bus will start in May, with investment
capital of RMB 20 million, which aims to meet
the increasing market demands. At present, all
of preliminary works are ready.
As
one of rapidly growing enterprises in China's
bus industry, Zonda Bus possesses the advanced
manufacturing equipments of unitary bus and
the first cathedrals electrophoresis coating
manufacturing line for unitary bus in China.
Insisting on its principle of Indigenous Innovation,
Zonda has successfully developed A9 series,
A7series and other luxury models, with self-owned
intellectual property, which have gained the
reputation of "Upcoming Star" for
Zonda bus. However, along with the rapidly increasing
demand from both domestic and overseas markets,
the present production capacity can't be satisfied
with these demands.
It
is said that the total area of the second construction
is 100 thousand square meters, including workshop,
office building, R&D center, staff recreational
center and other facilities. The main part of
the second phase construction will be finished
in Octobers this year. After putting into production,
Zonda bus will expand its annual production
capacity to 10 thousand sets of luxury buses
at Jiangsu Yancheng Manufacturing Base. It will
thoroughly solve the problem of insufficient
production capacity and will lay a solid foundation
for "Ten billion Strategy of Zonda bus".
