Recently,
it is learned from the scene of Beijing No.1
Intermediate People's Court that, the first
case of right violation in China bus industry,
German Neoplan company filed a lawsuit against
Zonda Group for A9 bus design violation, came
to an end, and the lawyers of two parties agreed
to reach compromise.
This
case was formally held in the Court on June
6th. Through site check and comparison, both
parties present relative first hand evidences,
but the Court did not make any determination.
Subsequently, the lawyers of two parties expressed
that they agreed to settle at court with details
to be discussed later. Thus the first China's
right violation case comes to an end temporarily.
