On
Friday, June 22, at the ground in front of "Kazan"
horse-sport complex anybody could see unusual
sight: 50 new modern red buses of Chinese brand
Higer attracted attention, being marshaled in
a one rank. The first party of this technics
was delivered in the capital of Tatarstan within
the framework of the project of total rolling
stock renewing and transportation network reforming.
Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan, had arrived to
inspect the new HIGER bus.
The
Higer bus was leased to private carrier company
"Medcontact" by "Rusbusinessauto"
Group of Companies, an official distributor
of Higer Chinese factory. The buses cost two
million roubles apiece. During the inspection
Mr. Maxim Khayrullin, director of the private
company, had told to the mayor about its advantages.
Higer
KLQ 6118 GS is a city half low-floor bus with
middle capacity (10.5 meters length) intended
for city transportations in large megapolises
with intense traffic flow. Its total capacity
is 78 seats: 31 ones are sitting and 2 ones
are intended for wheelchair invalids. The Higer
bus is equipped with licensed 8.9 l Cummins
diesel engine with turbo-supercharging, corresponding
to the Euro-3 standard. The bus complete set
also includes pneumatic suspension, servolubrication,
Webasto independent heater of a passenger compartment,
additional Webasto Airtop 2000 air heater for
driver, a rear-view mirror with heating, antirust
treatment of lower part of the body, metal guards
for engine, durable anti-vandal seats, etc.

Convenient driver chair, good visibility and
soft gear changing were especially pleasant,"
drivers sad who had time to test the technics
in use.

Higer bus appears high quality, durable technics,"
Ilsur Metshin noticed after inspection of the
buses: The technics is certified for exploitation
in Russia. I think, this model should replace
PAZ buses on city routes in future. It is very
important, that the buses are equipped with
automatic fire-fighting system and several other
modern technical options. Haulages of Kazan
conclude sufficiently competent contracts with
"Rusbusinessauto"GC. It stipulate
considerable guarantee (2 years or 100,000 kilometerage)
for the transport together with solution of
question about maintenance¡±.
"In
the framework of the contract, in order to provide
convenience of carriers in Kazan, we have opened
in the capital of Tatarstan a maintenance station
for Higer buses on the Sedov street (territory
of 3rd motor transport agency of Kazan),"
Mr. Evgeny Katcenko, deputy director of sales,
said: "Warranty service as well as post-guarantee
maintenance will be realized here. The maintenance
station is roomy: a workshop allows repairing
of 12 buses simultaneously. The station has
6 pits for chassis repair. We intend to provide
full-service maintenance of Higer buses. Considerable
stock of spare parts will be situated near the
station too."
It
is reasonable to note that the "Rusbusinessauto"
GC, being a leading Russian operator on the
sales market of import and domestic trucks,
buses and special machinery with 14 years of
history, delivers the Higer plant production
in our country since 2005. The Chinese plant
corresponded to requirements of the company
by 100 percent. First of all, it is modern equipment
allowing produce high quality production. Secondly,
it is a broad spectrum of models. Being the
official distributor in Russia, the company
had formed full model line with seven models
of Higer buses from city to tourist of small,
medium and large classes. At the third place,
it is advantageous price-quality ratio. And,
finally, at the forth place, the manufacturer
was ready to modify bus constructions. From
the beginning of bus sales in Russia, specialists
of Higer plant and "Rusbusinessauto"
GC was working at studying of requests and responses
of Russian customers with respect to the technics.
The Higer Company demonstrated itself a reliable
supplier, making its partners pleasantly surprised
by momentary reaction on any criticism and request.
As an example, the plant clearly responded on
all corrections and requests of Kazan carriers
and had included it regardless of the fact that
the order was already placed.
"We
have signed an agreement with the Higer plant
in this year on delivering of 1000 units of
technics in Russia," Evgeny Katcenko added:"More
than 400 of this buses are intended for Kazan.
I'd like to notice, that the reforming of transport
network in the capital of Tatarstan is a unique
and long-term project. As a result of its realization,
thanks to commission of buses with middle and
large capacity, safety will be increased and
roads will get relieved significantly. Also,
correspondence of the technics to the Euro-3
standard will improve ecological environment
of Kazan in times.
After
the presentation of the techics, Evgeny Katcenko
in a solemn ceremony had entrusted to drivers
keys to the new technics and the Higer buses
started their work on routes of Tatarstan's
capital.
