9:00, in the morning of 8 June, the ceremony
of the Phase II of Zonda bus production base
was held. Local government leaders took part
in the ceremony. Joseph Parker, the Board Chairman
of American CD3I, also came to Yancheng to congratulate
the ceremony. The vice major of Yancheng City
Cao Youhu addressed the speech.
With
the total investment of 1.0 billion yuan, the
phase II project of Zonda bus will boast to
produce ten thousand buses. The total construction
area covers 100 thousand square meters, including
workshop, office building, R&D center, staff
recreational center and other facilities. It
is expected that the second phase construction
will be finished by the end of this year. After
putting into production, Zonda bus will expand
its annual production capacity to 10 thousand
luxury buses at Yancheng manufacturing base,
realize ten billion yuan annual sales turnover
with tax 1.0 billion, and increase more than
3000 job positions, which will achieve the sound
economic & society benefits.
