On
the afternoon of August 2nd, journalist learned
from Beijing legal system office,<methord
of implementing(interim regulation on revenue
of vehicles of People`s Republic of China)>had
been passed through discussion by Beijing government,
and will be carried out in the near future.
According to the new regulation, the tax of
mini-bus is rised from 200 yuan per unit per
year to 480 yuan RMB per unit per year; public
vehicle,minitary vehicle and tractor are all
tax-free; taxi and other official vehicles pay
taxes according to the new regulation.
Compared
with the previous standard, after the adjustment
new regulation,mini-buses will pay the highest
tax, from 200 yuan RMB per unit annually to
480 yuan RMB per unit annually,with the tax
rate rising 1.4times as against previously;
the tax of tricycle and low- speed vehicle remain
60 yuan RMB in order to reduce the burden of
farmers, only with the change of weight unit;
the tax of cargo veicle is rised from 60 yuan
RMB to 96 yuan RMB. It is learned among 3 million
vehicles in Beijing, many of which are military
vehicles and tractors. Based on new regulation,
these vehicles, together with public wehicles,
are tax-free, but taxi vehicles can not enjoy
the tax-free treatment as same as public wehicles
can. At the same time, vehicles from Beijing
Communist Party, municipal government, and people's
organization, must pay tax as same as other
private vehicles. Beijing government is going
to assure the charge time in the middle ten
days of this month.
