On
11, June, the Guangzhou event for "2007
Safe Journey of Higer Bus" was held ceremoniously
at Chime Long Hotel, Mr. Wu Wenwen, general
manager of Higer Bus, Mr. Huang Shuping, assistant
general manager of Higer Bus, Mr. Urban, chief
service engineer of Scania China and over 120
customer representatives and industrial media
representatives from the fields of passenger
transport, tourism, public transport and group
transport in Guangdong Province took part in
the event.
At
the conference, Mr. Huang Shuping, assistant
general manager of Higer Bus, expressed that
Higer Bus had had an accumulated production
& sales volume of nearly 70,000 medium &
large-sized buses and accomplished sales of
RMB 1.881 billion, an increase of 48.63% over
the same period of the previous year from January
to May, this year, sounding the brand concept
of "Higer Bus, safety orientation"
and achieving rapid development. He called on
more bus manufacturers and operators to return
to the origin of bus products and make concerted
and unremitting efforts to build up safe buses.
It
is said that SCANIA. HIGER A90 high-grade luxurious
bus, a highlight at this tour exhibition, was
jointly developed by Higer Bus and Scania known
as King of Road. Currently, there are not only
employees of Higer Bus but also technicians
and technologists from the headquarters of Scania
Sweden working on the production lines of Higer
high-grade buses, they boldly use new technologies
to jointly break down technical barriers. All
the design and matching issues put forward on
regular project reviews will be discussed and
repeatedly and demonstrated on the fields of
production, the two parties, in pursuit of detail
perfection, has established an omnibearing and
deep-going platform for cooperation in R &
D and manufacture so as to make Higer Bus reach
world advanced level in safety and integrity.
Also
at the conference, the responsible persons of
the relevant departments of Scania and Higer
Bus elaborated on the chassis system of the
new-generation luxurious bus SCANIA. HIGER A90
and their major models. After the conference,
the attendees viewed bus models such as Higer
A, V and B in exhibition with enthusiasm. Seven
Higer Bus models A90, high-grade commercial
vehicle, 6128QA, V92, V9, V8 and 6108G stood
in a line and won extensive praise from viewers
for their delicate shapes, Higer Bus's attitude
toward quality was highly acknowledged by customer
representatives. Some customers even inquired
about the configuration properties of the buses
with interest.
The
holding of the Guangzhou event for Safe Journey
marked the official start of the safe journey
of Higer Bus across the country, the event will
be expanded in the coming three months at a
greater width. The brand concept of "Higer
Bus, safety orientation" will thus be spread
extensively wherever it covers.
