Changan Vehicle Well Received in South Africa

Four drivers from AGG of South Africa would drive the 4 Changan vehicles to enter Pakistan. Ms. Gao Jiangping, president assistant of Changan Automobile (Group) Co. Ltd was there to see them off.

8 AGG's personnel headed by Geoff Dalglish will drive the 4 vehicles to South Africa, for the purpose of demonstrating that Chinese vehicles have also world quality, outstanding performance, and satisfactory after-sale service to South Asian, Middle East and especially African countries, through the long distance trial for the vehicles under harsh road conditions. The event is intended to promote awareness of Chana brand in South Africa and to further explore the South African market, and contribute to the development of auto industry in both China and South Africa.

The fleet to South Africa started its journey, The team leader Geoff Dalglish told the reporter that the journey in China was to be finished, and, while he pointed at the Chinese national flag on the car body, they were to cross the border, head for Pakistan and finally reach South Africa, via United Eremites, Yemen, Oman, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Zambia, Tanzania and Botswana. The entire journey is planned to complete in 82 days to cross 10 countries with a distance of over 20,000 kilometers. The fleet has crossed Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu and Xinjiang in China.

According to Geoff Dalglish, South Africa is the largest and the most mature auto market of Africa. AGG is a famous auto marketing company in South Africa and even in Africa. AGG has kept satisfactory cooperation with Changan Automobile (Group) Co. Ltd, and Chana vehicles are well received by South African customers. Geoff Dalglish believe the "Chinese Dragon to South Africa" event will make more South African and African people more favor Chana vehicles, and the cooperation between AGG and Changan Automobile (Group) Co.
