AC
drive system for urban trolleybus, the first green "Olympic" electric
vehicle developed by TEG independently, was successfully recognized as scientific
and technological achievement by Hunan Province, which signifies TEG has successfully
achieved a new stage from industrialization to commercialization of electric vehicle,
and from components and whole vehicle production to batch production. It
is considered by committee for inspection, that, it is the first application of
AC drive system for urban trolleybus with independent intelligent property right
to trolleybus. And it has realized the commercialized operation. The technological
performance of the system is advanced in the country for its various advantages
such as great dynamic performance, high reliability, little maintenance, convenient
operation, etc.
