The
9th Challenge Bibendum has been a big stage for major manufacturers both at home
and abroad to show their brand image and latest environmental protection technologies.
On November 15, Shanghai municipal Vice Mayor Hu yanzhao made a formally inspectation
in the scene. During which, the 25-meter-superlong bullet-headed concept vehicle
specially designed for BRT by Yutong has aroused Hu's curiousness. He further
inquired the specific situations about this BRT. It
was nearly midday, while Vice Mayor Hu yanzhao appeared at the exhibition scene,
the situation of press was suddenly unrest. Guided by Yutong staff, Vice Mayor
Hu yanzhao went in front of 25-meter long bullet-headed Yutong BRT ZK6251G.. Staff
from Yutong introduced Hu that this vehicle is a large capacity BRT bus which
was specially designed by Yutong under the background of "public transport
priority". With its 25-meter long bus body, this BRT could contain more than
300 people.

Vice
mayor Hu zhaoyu showed his recognization, but he cared more about the fuel efficiency
of the bus. He asked:"How about the fuel combustion efficiency of such a
big bus?" Yutong staff introduced that the bus has applied the engine thermal
management system independently developed by Yutong in order to raise the combustion
efficiency. According to introduction that the engine thermal management system
developed by Yutong can lower 5% to 10% fuel, save 1 to 3 liters oil every 100
kilometers. After
hearing the introduction, Hu nodded and expressed his praise. In the short period,
medias from both home and abroad took many vivid joint photos of vice mayor and
"Golden Bullet". According
to insiders, Yutong "Golden Bullet" has attracted much attentions rely
on its outstanding performance among many participated city public transport buses.
