Recently,
140 units Yutong environmental protection Buses, which was ordered by Beijing
Public Transport Holdings.,Ltd, have arrived in Beijing and been put into operation. Beijing
Public Transport Holdings.,Ltd (BPT) is a large state-owned enterprise mainly
operating surface public transport of Beijing. This year, Beijing Public Transport
Holdings.,Ltd has choosed Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. as its strategetic
partner and ordered 140 units more than 12-meter large sized environmental protection
public transport buses, respectively 100 units ZK6126HGC and 40 units ZK6146HG. These
two type buses adopt self-changing gearbox, air suspension and new appearance
and decoration, attaining Euro4 emission standard. The type ZK6146HG has 3 open
doors, rear axle is very flexible. The type ZK6126HGC is a low-floor public transport
bus which has a side-tipping function. Considering 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,
this bus has been equipped baggage rack which could facilitate sports athlete.
According
to introduction, this batch of buses will be put into use in the Beijing downtown
public transport line.
