a share-issuing enterprise on the basis of Zhengzhou Shaolin Auto Factory in 1997,
is an enterprise in the Announcement List of Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprise
and Products issued by National Development and Reform Commission, Countrywide
Advanced Enterprise, Important Enterprise of Henan Province, Henan Science &
Technology Star Enterprise, Advanced Quality and Management Enterprise of Henan
