overseas exploration begins to speed up in recent years. Although

strategy. Take HIGER for example, the 2007 overseas sales revenue has occupied
nearly 30% of its total sales share, becoming an enterprise which mostly relies
on the exportation among above mentioned four enterprises. Thirdly,
the average price of export product remained a rising trend, showing the grade
of export product has been gradually elevated. In 2007, the unit price of each
export product manufactured by "Three Gragons plus Yutong" exceeds RMB
0.4 million which is good for China Bus enterprises to change low-price product
image in international. Fourthly,
each enterprice of "Three Gragons plus Yutong" has step by step formed
its own advantage market. Through development and maintenance in overseas market,
Yutong in Cuba, HIGER in Qatar, KING LONG in Saudi Arabia and Golden Dragon in
South Africa, all of which are keeping a good momentum. In
conclusion, represented as "Three Gragons plus Yutong", China Bus and
Coach enterprises has actively formed a new power in world bus market. High-quality
buses made in China meanwhile aroused worries of some international bus giants.
For "Three Gragons plus Yutong", internationalization and syncretizing
in Global Bus Industry has not been a dream. More confrontation with international
rivals can also promote China bus and coach's strength.
