BONLUCK JXK6137 luxury bus is now exported to Australia & the USA. This bus has Chassis and Body frames made with high quality Australian high tensile 450 grade double galvanised steel tube, this is formed in a unique “U” hoop design which has passed the very stringent requirements of the ADR rollover occupant safety protection. This high tensile double galvanised steel tube resists rust and corrosion, therefore maintaining the high safety standards of the bus throughout its design life. It is the first time that Australian U-hoop frame coach structure has been applied in China. FEA has been applied in this light-weight monocoque design, to ensure strength and durability while reducing weight.
