Anhui Ankai Automobile Group (Anhui Ankai) merges Chongqing Ankai Automobile Co., Ltd (Chongqing Ankai) recently. Chongqing Ankai transfers its total 51% stakes to Anhui Ankai and the transfer price is zero.
In recently years, the business operation of Chongqing Ankai is not smooth and its financial conditions are also turndown.
Anhui Ankai Automobile Group is a public company in China set up in 1997. The company has coverage of 122,000 square meters, total assets of 1.281 billion Yuan and 1048 employees. The annual comprehensive output is 8,000 units including coaches and bus chassises. In 1999, it was accredited with ISO9001 Certification of Quality System and passed the compulsory CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) accreditation first in the Chinese bus industry.
