On April 22, 2008, a meaningful and proud day for all the people in BONLUCK , all the technologists of BONLUCK together with Australian ADR experts exhibited the perfect quality and the steady safe capability of the BONLUCK bus ,by a high level Rollover Test.
The bus for the Rollover Test is JXK 6850,and the finally rollover angle is 42.5°.The best result was 42°including all the Rollover Test BONLUCK ever held，which is also the highest grade in domestic bus industry. If the sole aim is to pass the ADR accreditation, 35°is ok.. However BONLUCK chose the higher angle for test in order to enter the international bus market, even risking the failure of the accreditation. “Keep improving and achieve Self-exceeding”
The frame of the bus hasn’t been distorted after the bus fallen the ground except the side glasses broke up and the front windshield cracked.
Apart from testing deformation of framework, the test also involves installing special shaped foam material on seats inside vehicle to simulate passenger body, and each framework bar is marked with accurate size for measuring data change before and after the test.
