盛夏8月，河南少林客车股份有限公司与尼泊尔S公司顺利完成批量订单合作协议签约。在双方团队共同见证下，此次合作正式从考察洽谈阶段落地为实质合作、批量交付的全新阶段，为少林客车深耕南亚市场再添重磅成果。

此次签约，是尼泊尔S公司继7月份率团到访少林客车后的快速跟进。董事长Babu Kaji Shrestha先生此前在参观中曾反复强调，尼泊尔地形复杂、山地公路对客车的动力性、制动安全与底盘耐久性要求极高；而此次批量订单的签约，正是双方围绕上述需求达成共识后的落地成果。

In the midsummer month of August, Henan Shaolin Bus Co., Ltd. and Nepal's S Company successfully signed a cooperation agreement for bulk orders. Witnessed by teams from both sides, this partnership has officially transitioned from the inspection and negotiation phase to a new stage of substantial cooperation and mass deliveries, marking another major achievement for Shaolin Bus in its deep expansion into the South Asian market.

This signing represents a prompt follow-up by Nepal's S Company after its delegation visited Shaolin Bus on July 23. During the earlier tour, Chairman Mr. Babu Kaji Shrestha repeatedly emphasized that Nepal features complex terrain, and mountainous highways impose stringent requirements on buses in terms of power performance, braking safety and chassis durability. The signing of this bulk order is a tangible outcome reached after the two parties reached a consensus on all the aforementioned requirements.

During the in-depth discussion between the two sides on July 23, they exchanged views on topics including vehicle configuration, climbing performance optimization, after-sales service network and spare parts supply system. The solutions proposed by Shaolin Bus have laid a solid foundation for this bulk order cooperation.

本次批量订单覆盖从4.9米到8.8米5款产品，适应尼泊尔山地实况。少林客车将依托港区供应链优势与成熟制造工艺，为S公司提供从车型定制、生产交付到售后配件、技术培训的全链条支持，确保车辆在当地复杂路况下的稳定运营。
