　　职位目的Position Objective

　　代理商销售管理经理全权负责授权的中国大陆代理商和销售代理进行的新车和旧车以及备件的销量和相关的软件服务。该岗位将直接向公司总裁汇报、参与销售部门管理团队并为团队增加价值，同时领导并指导内部销售管理员工的业务。
　　The Dealer Sales Manager has full responsibility for the sales volumes of new and used coaches as well as spare parts and related soft services through authorized dealers and sales agents on mainland China. The Dealer Sales Manager will be reporting directly to the President as well as participate and add value in the Sales department management team while providing leadership and direction to their internal sales administration staff.

　　主要职责Responsibilities

　　1. 管理公司与其授权代理商和销售代理之间的业务过程；
　　Manage the processes between XSBC and its authorized dealers and sales agents.

　　2. 分析销售偏差并实施纠正措施；
　　Analyze reasons for sales deviations and implement corrective actions.

　　3. 管理公司各部门与代理商销售部门之间的业务过程；
　　Manage the processes between the various XSBC departments and the Dealer Sales department.

　　4. 发展新的代理商和销售代理。
　　Develop new dealers and sales agents.

　　要求Qualifications

　　1. 大学本科学历、汽车专业；
　　Four-year college education of Automotive Technology.

　　2. 十年客车/卡车销售工作经验、至少担任五年以上管理岗位。具备汽车生产经验及零销网络管理；
　　Ten years coach/truck sales working experience with at least 5 years in a management position. Automotive production experience as well as retail network management experience is welcome.

　　3. 熟悉客车/卡车技术。熟练使用Microsoft办公应用软件。具备英语能力；
　　Be familiar with the technology of coaches/trucks. High level of competency in Microsoft office applications. English language capability is welcome.

　　4. 能够独立工作并具团队精神，善于沟通，积极主动，高度责任心，诚实可靠和全局的理念。
　　Can work independently and in teams, good at communicating and team building, taking initiative and having high sense of responsibilities, demonstrating Integrity and holistic view.

　　职位目的Position Objective：

　　To enhance logistic customer service level and improve management work of Logistic department. Help to do inventory management work. Make logistic related management document. Help to do PACA（parts available and correct administration） project work.

　　不断提高物流客户服务水平，改进物流部门供应链管理工作。协助库房管理工作。制订相关物流管理文件。 协调PACA（parts available and correct administration）项目工作。

　　要求Qualifications
　　1. Majored in Logistic management or automobile application engineering. Bachelor's degree or above;
　　物流管理或汽车运用工程专业毕业。本科以上学历；

　　2. Familiar with EXCEL, ACCESS, POWERPOIT, OUTLOOK. Skilled in English reading and writing;
　　熟练使用EXCEL，ACCESS，POWERPORT, OUTLOOK。英语读写能力熟练；

　　3. Familiar with inventory management and have the ability of coordinating and management;
　　熟悉库存管理，具备一定协调能力和管理能力；

　　4. High sense of team work and responsibility, work proactively.

　　职位目的Position Objective

　　Responsible for new products development according to the company's products development stratagem.
　　按照公司产品开发战略，完成新产品开发工作

　　Responsibilities主要职责

　　1. Establish components and whole' bus data model accord with the requirements on assembly, product function, shape and cost;
　　在CATIA系统中，负责建立符合装配、产品功能、外形、成本等要求的零部件及整车数据模型。

　　2. Transform data model to design paper;
　　负责将数据模型转化成符合制图标准的设计图纸；

　　3. Inspect and receive new product samples, give guidelines on sample's checkup and installation to prototype workshop operators;
　　负责检查和验收新产品样件，指导进行样件鉴定和试装工作；

　　4. Follow up the quality issues of the newly developed products on production lines, coordinate and solve the technical problems in process;
　　负责新开发产品的生产线质量和工艺性跟踪，并协调解决过程中的技术问题；

　　5. Assist member's of DCN group to change products and solve customer's special requirements;
　　协助DCN小组成员进行产品的更改以及客户特殊需求的处置；

　　6. Participate the preparation of BOM and update timely;
　　参与编制新开发产品的配套零件目录（BOM）并给与及时更新；

　　7. Assist and provide technical support to other departments;
　　协助并给与公司其它部门所需的技术支持，并具备强烈的产品技术保密意识。

　　8. Under the instruction of manager, cooperate and carry out the requests for technical related work from internal departments.
　　在产品开发经理的领导下，配合和履行公司要求的与产品技术相关的其他工作。

　　Qualifications要求
　　
　　1. Four-year college or higher education, automobile engineering preferred;
大学本科以上学历，汽车工程专业为佳；

　　2. Experienced in bus products and develop program; Experienced in whole bus or components design. Good skill of AutoCAD and Office applications, CATIA preferred;
　　熟悉客车产品，了解开发程序，具有一定的整车或零部件设计工作经验，能够熟练操作AutoCAD绘图软件，Office办公软件等，掌握3D 绘图软件CATIA者为佳；

　　3. Familiar with structure, performance and strength of products; Good knowledge of Automobile, machinery manufacturing and product making; Familiar with relative legislation, standards, procedures and method concerning buses and coaches; High ability to design independently;
　　熟悉汽车产品结构、性能、强度，具有扎实的汽车专业基础知识，具备良好的机械制造和产品加工工艺知识；熟悉客车产品的相关法规、标准、程序、方法，具备较强的独立设计能力；
　
　　4. Good knowledge of English (spoken, written); Team working and creative.
　　具有一定的英语沟通、书写能力，团结同事，具有团队工作精神，善于探索、研究和创新。

　　要求：
　　1. 大学本科学历，机械或汽车工程专业为佳；
　　2. 车辆售后服务行业经验；
　　3. 精通客车原理及构造，熟悉本公司产品的的结构及装配；
　　4. 具有基本英语交流能力及计算机水平，有较强的沟通能力。
